Stop planning. Start moving.

For years, I struggled with procrastination. I knew what I should do but kept delaying, overthinking, and sabotaging my own progress. I tried productivity apps, read countless articles, built endless to-do lists — but at the end of the day, nothing really moved forward.

After yet another wasted afternoon, I asked myself: Why do we keep failing at things we deeply want to do? Why do we spend so much time figuring out the “how” instead of just starting?

That frustration led my friend Emin and me to build Pranch — a platform designed to make progress clear, practical, and shared.

With Pranch, you can:

Unlike other productivity tools, Pranch doesn’t just help you plan — it helps you move. Each day, one clear next step. Small actions that stack up into real progress. And by sharing roadmaps, we turn isolated struggle into collective learning: someone else’s journey might be the shortcut you need; your journey might inspire someone else.

This blog will document that mission — how we’re building Pranch, what we’re learning about procrastination and goal-setting, and how small daily actions lead to big change.

If you’ve ever felt stuck, overwhelmed, or tired of starting over, I hope this space — and Pranch itself — can be the branch that helps you climb out of procrastination.

Follow along as we build. The first roadmaps are coming soon — and maybe one day, yours will help someone else move forward too.
